John Omollo was born a normal child, but at the age of 5, he was struck by illness, which left him crippled. Against all the odds, he successfully completed his studies, but, upon entry into the labour market, widespread discrimination stirred an insatiable desire to become a self - made man. He ventured into business, and today, Omollo, a happily married father of two, owns a fleet of public transport vehicles mainly plying Nairobi's Eastlands routes. Tony Sanya brings us the story of this strong - willed, 39 - year - old, which is causing ripples in the fiercely competitive, public transport industry.
