Alex Sumner is a 19 year old singer/songwriter from Birmingham, UK. Alex has been singing since she was 4 years old and writing since she was 13.

Since the age of 9 Alex has been performing around Birmingham, with live bands, Acoustic Guitar and backing tracks. She has won many talent competitions, and also performed in many musicals.

Aswell as performing in pubs and clubs around Birmingham, Alex has also performed at the Sutton Coldfield Carnival atleast 6 times, she has performed at private birthday functions and weddings, she sang at the Sutton Coldfield Christmas light switch on with BRMB radio, performed on stage at Saddlers Wells Threatre, London. Alex has also had the privilege to perform infront of Sylvia Young and Emma and Matt Willis.Most impressive of all in May 2010 she performed a solo song at The Royal Albert Hall London, the highlight of Alex's singing career so far.
