Including mel scripts in maya

@sujiro with python scripts it can be a bit different, depending on wether it's a script or a plugin. One might go into the script directory as explained and the other might be better put into the plug-ins directory on the same directory level as the maya version folder is located (in the video the 2010 folder); so you end up with the maya folder containing the "2011", "scripts" and "plug-ins" folder. Hope that helps
