How to Dice a Mango the Better Way

Most instructions on how to dice a mango teach you the "turtle" method where you cut the cheeks off the mango and then score the flesh inside the skin in a cross-hatch pattern. But you can't get a really uniform dice from this method.

This video will show you a better way to dice a mango. While it requires good knife skills, you will be able to get a much finer, more uniform dice.
