Interpretation of paintings such as the School of Athens is difficult when trying to accurately identify who Raphael meant to represent. I've tried to identify persons as best as I can from historical records but I think that a good case could be made for the image pointed to at 3:41 being Hypatia of Alexandria. The overall effect of the painting, fortunately, does not really depend on this but rather the beautiful composition and colors make it so beautiful. Thanks for your comment.
