  • What never seems to be taken into account is that every woman has a different body build, metabolism etc meaning that some will always lose their pregnancy weight sooner than others. I know plenty of women who have not struggled to lose their weight after having children (including my sister and mother judging by photos taken soon after). Obstetricians seem to prefer to see women as all the same when they are not.
