Im using photoshop elements 9 and its not letting me drag the image down. So i tried placing it and that's not working either. can you please help me? thank you

something i just learned on a photoshop video on here.. :) Great to know, saves me tons of time, just wish i knew along time ago!

next time you drag off screen you can zoom out and find it.. Also if you zoom out to transform your pics it makes resizing alot easier and quicker.. One pull versus multiple.. :)
