We use it mostly to mix our Terra-Greens product as well as our Terra-Meal shakes. You can even use it to mix pancake batter or to scramble eggs! Don't laugh, we've done it!

I've had mine for 2 months now and there's no leakage... I even put it in the freezer a couple times a week to get the odor out. No complaints here.

are there any similar products that are smaller... i work out in the school weight room and my backpack doesnt really have room for a 20oz. or 28oz. thing in my bag and i dont have a locker.
