good version but not on a level with Waits. Also I don't understand what most of the tags have to do with this clip... Clapton? huh? Hendrix...Whu??

You want to do a cover. First, you get the feel of the song. Second, you see if you have guts and skills to put it together. Most artists feel confident on the second thing, but very few remember to get the first one right. This is a perfect example.
