@faithrada If you are a follower of Muktananda you will always find an excuse for that fat belly. Kumbhaka has nothing to do with it. Nityananda did not move enough, always sitting around.
Muktannada is not the right person to give testimony.

To: ruzickaw ~ Dear One, nay nay... not 'fat'. Bhagawan Nityananda's extended abdomen is the result of the practice of kumbhaka. From Muktananda's Finite to the Infinite: He had a big belly because of the long inner retention of breath, or kumbhaka. Muktananda goes on to say... "Without talking, he gave instructions. Without giving the touch, he awakened the inner Shakti. He did not have to hold question-and- answer sessions. Namaste
