Harlan is devastated after losing Catalina. He remember's all the times he had with her and somehow even before Suzee turns up, a voice in his heart tell's him Cat is still with him.

I guess you could say Suzee was "imaginary" in the first season because there was nobody there to play her.

I'll admit that Catalina was a better character than Suzie, but it was such a kicker the first time Suzie showed up after being imaginary for the whole first season

So did I. She's always doing something related to science fiction, isn't she?

Well Jewel left to do another show, so they wrote her out and replaced her with Suzee. Suzee was an interesting character, but it did kill some of the tension within the show.

This is the best one out of the two.

I used to LOVE this show! It was everything I wanted in a kids show. I had (have :P) quite the crush on Jewel Staite.

OMG I LOVED THIS SHOW when i was a kid. They should have made way more episodes though.

Maybe some time she won't be the center but I can't see that happening soon :)
Seriously though for the mean time I like the pairing of Harlan and Catalina which make's it easier to make the videos. I wouldn't know what to use for the other characters.
