@McFerno1 I had to put her to sleep a few weeks after this. She had pemphigus (google it) and was on very high doses of steroids. She never had to have surgery but she was in and out of the vet pretty much every day to at least once a week for the first six months of this year.

What is the whole story with your cat and her surgeries? I never actually knew why she is sick? Is there something wrong? :(

That quantity is actually kinda disturbing, Beth. It's a lot of stuff to try and fire into the mouth of a cat who does NOT like it and wants nothing to do with it. I'm sure it has to be torture, and you'd think they could manage to find some way to concentrate it. Like by eliminating some fillers, pink colorings, yadayada...

@anmoose unfortunately no stun setting ;) She is within reach of the influence of the meds in my office, so she has been chilling and sleeping on the corner of my desk most of the day. I tried giving her the meds here in the office and she said HELL NO! She gets more pink on her every time. She is not a fan of it. The steroids, which is supposed to be taste horrible, I supplement with honey and she deals with it. Can't add honey to this dose--way too big!

Impressive. I wonder if it'd make things any easier giving her the meds, if you were in there and she was "under the influence." Does the device have a "stun" setting?

Ohhhhhhhh Bad little Nohea. I hate giving meds. I have to get behind Booda, talk sweet, put him in a lock, and go for it. Then, he hates me. I give him a spoon of fancy feast wet food. All better. It is traumatic for both of us. I feel your pain!
