  • There is no need to have Foam Insulation on the inside of thermal mass wall. There should also be NO additional cost for using ICF since the time saved in framing and materials is offset.

  • I have used 8 different brands and styles of ICF's on dozens of foundations/walls for custom homes. The Amvic forms are by FAR the strongest, sturdiest, straightest and easiest-to-use forms i have tried. To bad the dealer in my area has no idea how to run a business and I had to switch to other brands, by the time he returned my calls to order forms I would already be framing the home. I would use Amvic on every home if they had a dealer that understood the construction business. good luck.
