Stop Crime, Hire a Felon, eventually the abuse of being denied a job catches up, and the smallest things will set a Felon off. In this case, other people having kids and living a life that a felon has been denied. Though their punishment has been over, society can be a real fucking asshole.
Everyone is capable of doing this, once they've become a felon. If ya want crime to stop, give felons jobs or we'll make sure you suffer more. This is a very logical understanding.

What I don't understand is why the prosecution is trying to decide whether or not to charger her with rape or sexual abuse if she used an "item" on the little girl? That is sexual assault!
