Shel Starkman has been swimming one hour everyday for 40 years, he has a style all his own...we call it the Starkman Stroke! He is on a pace to challenge Michael Phelps for the 2012 Olympics!!! Shel is 73 years young, We hope Michael is still going at this pace when he is 73!

  • Very good stamina. Needs a coach to correct stroke; needs proper pool, as well. (It, however, is NOT great style)

  • if this isa spoof-hahahahahah if not, keep your legs in line with your hips and keep your legs as straight as possible. WHen your hands touch the water they should be in line with your ears and your neck and head should be in line with your centre, good for 70 something tho. maybe Ill meet u at 2012 london x good luck.
