A review of the 2009, 990 tax form for Breast Cancer Charities of America reflects that they keep 51.5% of monies raised and donate only 48.5% to programs. A recent posting on the internet stated that they are now quoting donating only 20%, but this was not verified by the charity.
In any case, the Officers of the charity and the board of directors are the same three people. Also, no one seems to know what research/treatment they support with what money they do donate...
