@rottenhubert No it is not. This seems to be at the end of the Memorial Lesson where by names of Deceased Singers,as well as, Sick and Shut-in folks are called out, At the end of the Memorial Lesson there is a song led for "these folks" followed by a prayer. In some singings there is a song led for each group in others only one for both groups but both are closed in a prayer, I saw my Mother and two Aunts there and the man giving the prayer was my cousin.
