i think everything is just money, you fight for because its just money. And the lawyer doesn't know about both side of parents that who is the best for the child. and they don't know what is right and what is wrong. They help you because they want your money whether you win or loss. In my opinion, you think he/her mother/father are good care to the child then just leave for her/him, don't fight for it because its waste your time n your money. thanks

As far as the what everyone has said about his wife not having anything to say....... i dont completely agree with that! yes there are some things that will be dealt with the "mistress' & the father of the child but who do you think is taking care of that little boy while he is working. It wasnt like he went to Italy on vacation.

Situations such as that will happen & like beverly said they (his sisters love him too). Even if she were to leave her husband she would still be involved with Noah at some point or another because she is the mother of his sisters. Its a bad situation all around & still happens everyday but the only person who had a "choice" to make things different was the trollop & she chose to be selfish so she has none to blaim but herself for what her son is going thru!

When you have a child, the father has EVERY right to see his child especially when the mother files a court petition for child support!!! She wants to control the situation & say when & where he can see his child & that boat sailed when you gave birth!! No matter what has been said or done he still has rights & EVERY court WILL acknowledge those rights, unless of course she allows him to sign away his parental rights!
