Max talks to Beni about the flat (English Subtitles)

Max informs Beni he has the keys to the flat.
They go to the apartment and Beni notices one of the switches isn't working. He tried to fix it but can't.
Later on Max finds Beni laying down near the sidewalk and says he won't move in after all.
