Windows Explorer has stopped working

This is a fix for the " Windows Explorer has stopped working" error that many Vista & Win7 users have.
I will show you the two ways that you can approach the problem. I hope you are all able to comprehend

Here is the Path to the context menu registry values if you are using the "regedit" command on the run option!

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ ContextMenuHandlers

man i have a similar problem my windows explorer says its stopped working then it restarts!! that happens wheni try to open control panel or pictures or anything in that nature!! wtf!! how can i fix this ! i cant even uninstall programs cause it restarts!!
