But there's a thing I don't understand : Cécile is a french girl's name... (Cécil without the "e" doesn't exist as a "real" name). My name's Cécile and I'm french xD That's why I was wandering . Otherwise that's just so so cute T_T !!

Oddly enough, I've seen the name Cecil pop up in other places. Cecil is the name of the main hero of Square's Final Fantasy IV, and Cecil is also the name given to Sideshow Bob's brother in The Simpson's cartoon series. Doing a quick search for Cecil on the American Wikipedia page will also produce a few results of men with the name. What you say may be true, it may not be French but it seems to be a man's name -someplace- in the world. :)

Wait, so..when i played this song, i never heard french people speaking in it..so is that what it means by "Mokai's Edit" thay he/she takes the clip and puts meshes it with the actual song?

No, I've made absolutely zero changes to the song audio. Perhaps doublecheck that you're not playing the game in Stereo on a Mono television. That's all I can really think might be the problem ^^;
