@FunWithFlipCam KISS sold publishing rights to their catalog up to Revenge in the early 90's. After that, they (meaning, the publishing companies of the various members of the band, not necessarily KISS) still have publishing control of their catalog, which includes only Carnival Of Souls, Psycho Circus and Sonic Boom. Note all albums up to Revenge have Hori Productions or HoriPro as the publishing entity. As for the label, that's distribution, not publishing rights.

@deuce1231 WRONG....... slaughter and strum left the band and rock stayed with vincent. rock wanted to get in the studio and tour and vinnie wasnt doing anything so he left and went another direction. soooooo...vinnie wasnt kicked out of his band,,,, and the band did not become slaughter...cause bobby rock wasnt in slaughter.and what does talent have to do with any of this???
