Anyone know... was this the elbow room in Vancouver?!? That place is great. The concept is for the servers to be "rude" to the customers!! The first time I was in there was with a friend of mine Aaron. We sat down, both ordered coffee and when I needed a refill, I asked the waitress walking by. She pointed over to the coffee station and said, "see that.... that's where the coffee is. What. Are your legs broken??" hahahaha. Great place!!
