  • HOW MANY LINES OF THE PASSCODE IS NEEDED? I have 40 digits (4 lines of 10 digits). When I enter all 40 it doesn't work! When I enter the first 10 digits it doesnt work! What does it WANT!!!?????

  • @FulkingCump What type of security do you have on the box? Have you managed to get connected yet?

  • So if I use the wifi option, does this mean it won't take up data costs on my phone plan or will this not matter at all?

  • @freakfreak12345 When connected to WiFi no mobile data is used.

  • how do i find out what my wi-fi password is?? :S

  • @siilva16 This can sometimes be found printed on the bottom of the wireless box. Alternatively you can contact your ISP who would be able to advise you on the password.

  • I have no problem connecting to wifi spots. BUT .... I have to re-enter the password for every wifi spot I visit. How can I set my Galaxy Ace GT S 5830 to save passwords for the wifi spots I have previously been connected to?

  • i already connected with wi-fi but when i'm connecting to any website like facebook it says error occurred..i dont know why,,i can't use the wireless connection..my phone is samsung galaxy ace s5830..please help..many thanks!

  • Infuriating! I have my passkey written down in front of me! My PS3, Wii, and 2 PCs are connected to the wireless network without problem, but this phone WILL NOT CONNECT! It just says authenticating, then disabled!!!! Thanks o2, I'll be contacting you shortly for a refund.

  • @roddyclifford Double the check the password you are using. Remember its case sensitive and must be typed in exactly as written. Try removing the network completely and reconnecting. To remove > Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget. Now try connecting again using the steps shown in the video.
