Sorry you had a sorrowful lawyer, I to had a lawyer that was not only inept, unprofessional, lying but also backstabbing. I was in a train crash and lost everything. When you get out of law schoo, you think the right side is going to win a case. Then you learn the side with the best lawyer is going to win, then you learn that if the judge has an interest in the case you're fucked. The judge prejudice me and it cost me $45,000 dollars to appeal and I won on the appeal! I think the judges should have to pay for their defective judgments when the don't allow you to amend the complaint at least one time! I had to wait one & half years to have the case heard.
