  • Did the man with the glasses say "No I don't believe that advertising does effect people for being aroused or erotic"?? Wasn't the question "Anxious or Neurotic"?

  • Yes, you are correct. That guy was a crack up.

  • I'm only12 and I know this!

  • What they do is put on a fast food ad u eat it then have a bunch of slim girls on your screen every two seconds giving the innuendo that these people are normal when they are touched up and airbrushed u think that you re not normal because you don't look like the models. They buy a bunch of products that think will make them perfect, the secret is that they never will be perfect!

  • HAHA! like is this was real, it's somehow had?

  • how would adverts ruin a kid? hehe!

  • Please, you don't know ANYTHING about me.

Your entire post is negative and useless.

  • bullshit!

you dont take great care... you wished you did but you don't. mute the commercials? fund raisers? please. your entire post is subliminal.

  • r u serious? your kid has to advertise for some junkfood parlour cos they are funding the school? good god! corporate america. the price of capitalism. we sell our souls and those of our children. my solution? dont have kids.

  • It is VERY IMPORTANT to limit your child's exposure to the media. Their brains are not capable of differentiating between the ad and the program. Therefore, almost everything affects them at a subliminal level, below consciousness.

Based on recent studies, I would also limit their fast food intake as well.
