@Wulingqunxia In thai we have 5 tones and yeah,

mai with the high pitch can make the sentence change to question.

example, sa bai dee = i'm fine

sa bai dee mai = how are you?

mai in short sound mean no!

Cute = Narak

Handsome= Loar
