Borderlands PC max settings

it is all max settings EXCEPT i turned dynamic shadows off for the sake of the video

this is an amzing game best ive played ina LONG time

rig:

AMD x2 6000+ @ 3.2ghz
4gb DDR2
HIS iceq HD 4670 1gb @ 830 / 1040

FPS: without dynamic shadows ~60 most of time
FPS: with dynamic shadows ~40 - 50

it says that shadows are off.

the reason being when i recorded this there was a shadow error with ati cards.

i can run everything on high but when i put dynamic shadows it lags even with the lowest settings any way to fix it?
