Dielectrophoretic (DEP) separation of 40kb single stranded OliGreen stained DNA spheres from 10um nonfluorescent spheres. Most of the video is seen from green fluoresence, where it can be seen that the 40kb ssDNA spheres gather on the electrodes (DEP high field regions). At the end, when the view is switch to bright field, it can be seen that the 10um spheres are gathering on the DEP low field regions in between the electrodes.
