WOW. This has to be one of the best sounding bikes I've ever heard, if not the best. Is the exhaust on yours stock? I am a total inline 6 junkie. I wasn't even born yet when these bikes were being sold. But when I found out about them, I wanted one INSTANTLY. GREAT VID!

This bike sounds absolutely incredible - I never get tired of hearing this clip. If BMW builds their new 6 cylinder bike in a more sporting form, they would do well to try and match the sound that you've achieved with your CBX. Well done, sir. Well done indeed.

Good God this thing sounds absolutely incredible. There's nothing like the sound of an inline 6 singing. Sad that BMW killed off their NA ones.

@piposlik My '79 sounds just like this with a 6 into 1 pipe. The 6 into 2 Bubs I have make it sound like a V-6 Camaro as they do not connect together under the engine with a crossover like quiet stock pipes on my '81 CBX. The Pipemaster 6 into 6 is altogether a different sound. I favor the 6 into 1 pipe and the exotic sound it makes across the board.
