bnptv report from horley

BNPtv reports on two massive housing developments planned for Horley in Surrey. Plans for 2600 houses will carve up large parts of countryside mainly to accommodate white flight from London, without any thought being given to the extra burden that will be placed on local infrastructure from such a large increase in the towns population.
