Otto shows body language in dogs. Small dog Riley approaches Otto and Otto turns his head away signaling I don't want to play with you at all. Permission to smell is granted from one dog to the other by having a tail up for easy access and motionless stance. Part 2 of Otto's "Wild Tail" toy still without the tail that Otto pulled of in part 1. Clearly the tail is the missing key to an exciting toy. This will be glued on for part 3.
Otto Oks out takes with a shot of a wind surfer and other dog park inmates.

  • Dogs can selectively know via nose what another dog had for a last snack. They use noses for fun and food LOL

  • Is this in San Mateo??????

  • Yes it's the City of San Mateo next to the San Francisco Bay. The park is next to a hill and the whole area is a recycled land fill that is capped and under the eye of the EPA. Only 7 inches separates the dump cap and the surface. So no water can be in the dog park. There is water outside the dog park.
