What Haiti needs to do is to stop having children they can't care for. The single biggest obstacle to development in the world's poorest nations is a sexist culture where men are encouraged to breed like rabbits in order to prove that they are strong and virile, and birth control is rarely used, which leads to millions of unwanted children and STD spreading.I'm fine with the UN and other entities, even my own government, helping to feed and educate these people, but they can't breed unchecked.
