@shadow6662114 Generally speaking, most people who begin HRT can expect to be on it in some form for the rest of their life. Especially post hysto/oopho/orchie... The body has to have hormones in order to be healthy. Once your gonads are removed, your body no longer will produce a sufficient amount on its own, so you would be entirely reliant on HRT for keeping your levels in range. However, you are able to reduce your dosage as once those organs are removed, there is nothing left to fight HRT.
