I think that children should be treated as children, although children should also have active parents that participate in their children's lives. I do believe that we put too many people and children in prison, although if you really study the statistics you will see a different view. You will see that we have a very violent society. The issue is not immigrants. It is about law and order. I have sympathy children, but not criminals.

They already have these concentration camps all over US for immigrants. People with even minor misdemeanor offenses, like verbal argument with wife, can be indefinitely detained and permanently seperated from their family and community. I am also curious, what is the Congress doing passing harsh anti-terrorism laws against immigrants in 1996, almost 6 years before 9-11. These laws were passed at 1 year anniversary of Okalahoma bombing. But that was done by US born, white, military veteran. He was not even an immigrant.

I have recently found out from an Immigration Defense Attorney in NY that when ICE deports asylum holders they also send records to receiving country, which holds information that the person was granted asylum in US.
