Banned from many countries because he has written a song "Kill the Jews - Save Russia." So why am I doing this? I guess because of both, rage and desire to educate. Besides, this specific song is against communism, and that we had in common, Yegor Letov and I. So just to you know, I do not admire the punk rock band the unfortunate late Yegor Letov has found, but I do happen to like this song. Don't get me wrong, i haven't blamed any particular group as you can see.I just don't understand how people like so many comercial shit around,while there're so much good music of so many types. Anyway,don't be so categoric in giving information u're not sure of. U might give false information.Letov neither was antisemitic nor nazi.If u listen carefully to the song "Obshestvo Pamyat' u'll see that it's a strong critic against antisemetic thoughts of some russina people,against that slogan.

Letov was the founding member of NBP (National Bolshevik Party). and even if this was some sort of a twisted sarcasm, we will never know for sure. listen to vysotzkiy and how he says pretty much the same in many songs, but makes it clear he's veing sarcastic. there's a huge difference.
