  • Love them Tiplers....Hey! Is that my Black Mottled Hen on the end there. I lost it last week LOL

  • @BlackCountryPuddler Yes, I think it is. It took a week to fly over the Pacific and made it to Hawaii...

  • which tipplers do you have?? shanons, hughes pilots?? and by the way loft looks nice thanks for sharing bro..

  • I don't know. I got them many years ago from my friend who lives on the Big Island of Hawaii. He got it from a guy in the mainland. The birds are really great fliers!

  • I don't know how they can see. It might be they navigate by the street lights and road lights that are around this area. They will stay up all night and come down in the morning. It's crazy! I didn't think they could fly all night until I saw it for myself.

  • Hi, am extremely new to rearing pigeons. One thing which intrigues me is waht is the difference between those pigeons from the streets and those flying during competition? Physically i cant spot any difference. Both types fly very high n for long in the air. so thats the reason for my qtn.

  • After awhile, you'll be able to tell the difference. For one thing, the common pigeon has orange eyes, small feet and a smaller head.

They are usually a bit smaller with longer legs than the racing thorough breds.

  • do u sell ur bird

  • You sold on off the dirds to a person in maryland and the bird escaped to michigan and ended up on our front porch. awesome right!!!!!!!!!

  • can those birds see in the dark at night?

how can they fly in the dark at night?

  • competition pigeons are called roller pigeons,

the perform rapid back flips in the air,

thats how you can tell the difference of these pigeons and wild pigeons.
