Barbecue and Grilling ...: Grilled Onion Bacon Cheese Buds recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys

If you like grilled onions then you've got to check this out. Get yourself some big sweet onions, peal and cross-cut them up, top them with your favorite spices and a slice of bacon, then place them indirect on the grill for about an hour at 325-350f. Finish 'em off with some fresh grated cheddar cheese melted on top, and serve them with some of your home made dippin' sauce. Can you smell that? It smells guuuud!
