While we are moving, the family has moved to a temporary 1 bedroom 800 sf apartment (from a 4,400 sf house!) So the cats are fighting more and looking for outlets for their energy. The song is Danielle Ate The Sandwich's cover of "Party in the USA" recorded live at Swallow Hill with Boulder Acoustic Society. It is in my list of favorites if you want to see the performance.

  • another amazing video. I totally agree. my Bengal is so smart that I have to be very creative to keep him happy. You can't spend money on electronic toys and gadgets. My Bengal just looks at me like I'm nuts if I bring that stuff home. unlike your cats- he is very much a lap cat but only when he wants to settle down. We have a big "blue" coon cat who is his companion. their favorite thing is to chance each other from the cellar to the back bedroom and back again. Truly blessed to have them in

  • @jjane1r I encourage you to join your cat's chase game. Once they understand you are in the game, it is great fun. They learn the strategic rules of games. Ukee, Koru and I play a three "person" game where we each have a specific role defining how we chase around the house in a sort of tag/hide and seek game. It involves who dashes to where in each room, what the next options are for the next move, who is now "it" as in tag. Ukee loves to be "it". And Koru likes to be on my team. Hard to video.

  • you should be awarded or at least nominated for a 'pet owner of the year' award. this is beautiful. I have a lovely, super affectionate siamese. we play with her every day for at least an hour, but you can see that she gets bored with the same old toys. installed some steps-like structure for her to climb on, but she acts as if scared of heights. will try 'the sheer'! thanks!

  • @dogzees thanks. Let me know if your cat enjoys the shear. I just got a small piece from the fabric store for a couple dollars.

  • How adorable they are!!!

  • Can't wait for my Bengal to arrive!

  • Your cats are so incredibly beautiful. It is sad that they lost so much of their space but nice to see you have adapted that space for them. I can see now that I am going to have to get some poles built so mine can get up onto some higher spots in my house. Thanks for the video

  • @UkeeandKoru aww thankyou.. youu have helped me so much!! thanks again and bye!

  • @ILoveCats298 Check out the youtube video, "Ideal Companion: Bengal" for a good summary. Bengals are very social and want to be with people, so it does not matter if someone is ill. They will want to be with you. The cat will still need exercise, and lots of it, so a climbing pole is essential. And maybe a companion cat. A laser and "fishing" toys the owner can use even if bed-bound. My wife tells me Ukee sleeps square on my chest when I'm asleep on my back, so she really loves to be with me.

  • @UkeeandKoru Ohh Ok.. So atleast they Sit next to Youu :) So What Do you think the cat would do if you were ill and you couldnt get up so much? or as often?
