I got to push Jim Redmond out to the start line one yr at Laguna .. super guy , and a super sounding ride .. . think the best sound though was the sound of my old TZ 750 Yamaha at the end of the straight at Ontario at about 185+ .. love that sound.....

To all of you whining about the guys speaking in the video: This was recorded in 1995, they probably didn´t have 14 year old internet-heros in mind during filming.

@hux648 Kenny Roberts 3 World 500 cc Championships hardly constitutes a "one hit blunder". Anyone who could ride a TZ 750 Yamaha on a flat track has the greatest skills and talent. Roberts is one of only four riders in AMA racing history to win the AMA Grand Slam, representing national wins at a mile, half-mile, short track, TT and road race.He was also a very good team manager for 20 years & won 4 titles with Rainey, Lawson & Kocinski.

@hux648 Should I list the world championships that Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda 2 strokes won. If I list the international and national races 2 strokes have won it would fill a book. Some of the great championship winning riders who rode 2 strokes to World titles include Mike Hailwood, Giacomo Agostini, Hugh Anderson, Jarno Saarinen, Phil Read, Bill Ivy, Joey Dunlop, Wayne Rainey, Kenny Roberts, Randy Mamola, Barry Sheen, Wayne Gardner, Mick Doohan and Valentino Rossi. Dominated for 40 years.
