It's likely undercover police infiltrated the crowd and began the violence that started the riot police down this road, it happened in Canada during a protest and they caught the undercovers in the act, people need to be watching for this crap.
This is why posse comitatus was repealed, so the world bankers could police the US the same way as the rest of the world.
She shouldn't have to apologize in fact she should be able to sue the officers in question that attacked her while she was moving.

Watch YouTube "Video of police assault on Ian Tomlinson, who died at the London G20 protest". Killed in April by police shoving him, like here. So the force used before the bike was thrown was not only excessive, but potentially lethal.
As many have said, it was wrong to throw the bike. The error was tactical (as a weapon, bike is too big - could hit bystanders. Bike U-lock is better, but not thrown - keep for multiple attacks), and strategic (no escape route). But her spirit is flawless.
