Part 33. After a lot of fun and messing around, I finally got my jig working properly. Though now I'm referring to it as a "home made mill", as that sounds far more awesome.

Why not just cut that whole section of the grapple gun, and make a separate piece by making a mold with the precise "ridges" or "heat sink" detail; pour some resin, and add the complete piece, instead of going through all that hassle?

Great series of vids! Im just about to start an R2 build. Its the second prop/replica ive ever built (first one was a proton pack). Should be fun although i have no idea what im doing and almost zero budget lol :)
