@lsoneblood1 You don't watch those movies for emotion... You watch those films for the mindless beatings. It's the whole point of those 80's/90's low budget action films. You didn't watch a Seagal film to feel moved by the acting, did you. I don't watch Van Damme expecting to cry at the ending. I just want to see them kick the shit outta bad guys. I prefer Seagal, but Van Damme is damn good too. But don't bring this emotion stuff into it, as that is completely off kilter.

If you think Aikido training is easy: put your money where you mouth is. Go to Japan for a year and do the Shenshusei course and see how easy learning Aikido is. You can only become an expert or retain anything unless you learn via repetition which is what Steven has done. A good book to read on Aikido training is: ANGRY WHITE PYJAMAS by Robert Twigger.
