Site video for members of the Conservation Commission prior to review of the developer's tree restoration plan at 82 Armstrong Road, Shelton, CT. Trees were cut after the subdivision plan was approved but before permission to being cutting trees was granted by P&Z. About half the trees were cut in the area to be granted to the City for Public Open Space, and six were cut in a wetlands "buffer" area. Note that this area is not open to the public. Cranberry Hill was previously known as Avalon Bay I.
