Online Speed Tests may be completely inaccurate. Download speeds shown on my bowser for Bell give me 50 KB/sec, after being throttled down from a max of 1.5 MB/sec. I've never experienced anywhere close to 12 MB/sec. In other words, online speed tests could be nothing less than marketing tools

with bell aliant they have better speed in nova scotia 15mbps download 15mbps upload than in toronto ontario , BELL SUCKS (ps i am with bell quebec)

i have high speed pay over 75$ a month and never get [ast 1MBS download, what a bunch of bullshit they offer, switch to rogers over 23MB download
