This looks so good , yummy.
I also love to add lot's of fresh onion and garlic. I like a clear gravy for my meat.
I personaly prefere a pot roast with the bone in it, it adds flavor to it. Just like mom use to make.

among the pot roast beef videos that ive watched, i think this is the best...i want to try it the soonest. but is it possible to cook it in a normal stove,(if so, how long will it take?) as expat, we dont have a crock pot nor a baking oven)

Yikes!!!....did ya get a load of the size of that pepper grinder???....Shamma Lamma Ding Dong!!!....now I've got grinder envy.
I can never get along with a crock pot, for some reason they always get way way way too hot, and I've had about 4 of them....may be its just me..
Now everything I do is done in the oven, even a spaghetti sauce (about 300 degrees for about 10 hours..mmmm.mmmm.mmmm good!)

Sometimes, to cut on the cooking time I put the crockpot bowl in a 250` oven to get nice and warm first.

The cooking time for the roast varies depending on the heat setting you use (high or low) for your crockpot. She explains this in the video.
