@Bel1107 Hi there! Just wanted to answer your q in case Cassey doesn't get a chance to. You can't spot reduce (unfortunately, I'd love to)--you can only lose fat overall, so cardio will definitely do that. You can tone the muscles underneath the fat, but fat loss is best done through cardio and a healthy diet (and weights to build muscle, which will burn more calories). Hope this helps and good luck! Hey Cassey, I love this workout! It totally burns my inner thighs. I have naturally bulky legs, especially my outer thighs, but my inner thighs are SUPER fat, compared to the rest of my body. I've been doing this workout everyday for 3 weeks, but I haven't seen much result, what should I do? I reallly want to look fab in skinny jeans :(
