Each year, nearly 5,000 teens are killed in car accidents. The primary cause of these deadly collisions? Distractions.

To help teens become smarter drivers, Allstate New Jersey sponsored a distracted driving challenge. With the help of professional driving instructors, teens drove around a course while eating, texting, and contending with rowdy passengers to experience first-hand how distractions impact their ability to avoid a crash.
