Learn a brass instrument! Really, if you've worked hard on your woodwind instrument, a brass instrument will really not be that difficult. I marched saxophone for 4 years in high school and we were at state champion band, yet I'm marching mellophone with the Blue Stars. Just pick a brass instrument close to the range you're used to, and go for it!

if it wasn't for me playing a woodwind instrument, I would do DCI in a heart beat. I love music. I love marching, it's my passion and I think that is so important for people to understand. That they do it because they wouldn't want to be doing anything else.
