@LivingNowLifeCoach thank you for replying . it is very helpful =)

@ffx178 When I think about skin and joint health I think about, calcium & magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin C. If the joint is turning black, appearing as if it is bruised, then vitamin E should also be added to the list. If I were you I would start taking vitamin C right away, then move on to the calcium/magnesium/vitamin D combo vitamin. I wish you well! Thanks for watching!

@calberkeley01 Sometimes you'll notice a mood difference within the same day you take it. It all depends on your body's supply. Your body needs a constant supply of B's to maintain good function. Just keep up with it and you'll see the results right away.

@calberkeley01 I'm so glad to hear that! I wish you excellent health! Thanks for watching!
Or you could just eat healthy vegetables and fruits instead of poping pills.

@TheRandomSweed Yes, getting your vitamins from edible sources is always best.

Is it normal for niacin to cause a rash and hives. I took it 300mg of it...I think it was the body defenses cause maybe I was defecient. What do u think also what is good for tension that knot feeling in your back always feel like I need a massage. Great vids by the way.

@superplan89 Yes, when taking Niacin there is a what is called the Niacin flush that follows, it usually does not last that long and the harder it hits you, the more you need it. It can result in a temporary rash. You can also get a "no-flush" Niacin. As for tension in your back, the best thing you can do is find emotional and mental balance. Pent up frustration and stress causes knots in your back. Try getting a punching bag or doing physical exercise to reduce stress.
